I don't know who else to ask, but I can't even find photos of any pads on any car in existence looking like this. Both my front outer pads on both sides at the least have this crack or some sort of hairlines crack all the way around, as far as I can get my phone camera at least.
Short version, replace the pads since they have time aged out.
Hence kind of like tires on the car, where you change them every 6 years, even if the tires still have thread left on them..
Long version, if your not using he car for track use, change out the carbon ceramic rotors to steel rotors, and even may install pads that will work better at the lower temps your only getting the pads to, before the pads time age out..
