passenger window will only go down

passenger window will only go down
I am working on my 2011 passenger side window. car only has 69k miles. I was driving down the road and it decided to just roll down slowly. It will not roll back up. I have went thru the reset process multiple times but it will not go up to complete the procedure. I have removed the gear box from the regulator and also removed motor from gear box to check motor out. When i do I that I manual move the window connectors back up. Reassemble everything and again when I push window buttons it goes down only. I bought a complete window regulator with dcm and motor. I installed it last night and again it will go down but not back up. I have done the window reset prcedure several times but again window never will go up to be able to complete that procees.

So are you saying the window will not go up if halfway down or all the way down or will not “reindex” when you shut the door and it closes that 1/2 inch or so ??

it will not go up from either switch when half way down. It will go down and that is it. I can remove track from gearbox and manual bring track up. Reassemble and it will only go down again.

Have you tried applying a power and ground directly to the motor and see if the window moves fully up and down...if it does then you will need to do some electrical testing.

I have not yet. Was not sure on wiring in the plug yet to many wires in the dcm. Do you know the wiring diagram

So you said you replaced the driver door module and the regulator assembly??…I’d wiggle some wires as you move the window up…just might be a bad connection somewhere.
