Default GS overheating

Hello all,
So my c6 grandsport is overheating. The fans aren't working when theyre supposed to, sometimes only one kicks on sometimes both, sometimes neither. The previous owner procharged it with ECS and they also installed an electric waterpump. This happened before and first thing when looking in these forums they said to check the relay which i swapped and bled the system and then was fine for a few weeks. i ended up driving over something that put a hole in my oil cooler and i changed that out. At first it was fine, now the car is doing the same thing and overheating( temps reaching 240) when it's been in the 50/60s outside and with no hood on. I checked the relay again and its working, checked fuses, and bled the system again. Any ideas what it could be? I've had overheating issues with both of my ls3's and im almost over it with this overheating stuff on cool days especially.

Its pretty common for the exhaust fan connectors to melt. Check the electrical connector to the fan module controller. They are know to melt and burn, Probably more so on Blower cars. When that happens the fans come on intermittently and then not at all.
