Yeah the last shop I had it at did the steering angle reset. I did feel better overall and straightened the steering wheel a bit but it didn’t fix the pull issue. I appreciate the help tho

I'd personally choose the caster spread before the expense (and gamble) of rebuilding the rack. Maybe try 1/2* and see what happens.
Good luck!
Thats what I’m going to have the alignment shop do. Crazy thing is the steering has a different feel when turning left vs turning right. It’s not a drastic difference, it’s subtle… but I can def feel something different. Kinda like the wheel resists more turning left than when turning right. That’s why I was thinking rack, like the valving is messed up or something.
If I didn’t know any better I would say something is bent and causing it to feel like that however I honestly don’t think that’s the case… it just feels that way. The car has never been in an accident and everything visually looks great.
I really don’t wanna mess with the rack so I’ll try the less caster on the driver side and see what happens. Here are the current alignment specs on the car. Set to factory specs. Based on these numbers the steering should not feel different turning left vs right.

How has this project gone? I am ready to begin removal of my steering rack as well but for different reasons. Mine is leaking and I have the "service vehicle soon" message upon start. Pulling the codes show a malfunction in the steering rack. Must be something in the electrical connection. However, the car does not have any steering issues. Just the leak and message. I will send it to Turn One as well.

I ending up not having to remove the rack because it turned out to be alignment issue after all…. I decided to try one more shop before having the rack pulled and I’m glad I did because they got the car driving nice and straight.
Sorry you are having issues with yours but it sounds like it def is the rack tho. I would go with Turn One also because of all the positive feedback I’ve seen about them.

What shop did you bring your car to where they were able to fix the problem?

It was a small full service garage in Kingsport, TN. A service manager at a local Chevy dealership told me to try them cause they were so good with alignments.

I get there and first thing I notice is they don’t have one of the big nice electronic alignment machines so I was like um okay….turns out they do manual hand alignments. I told the guy what was up and he swore he would get it driving straight. He started on the rear first and it didn’t take long at all to realize the rear toe was out pretty bad (despite having it aligned two weeks earlier and it showing perfect levels on the machine). Took him maybe 45 mins and now the car drives perfectly straight. My mind is kinda blown right now. Four different shops all showed it being “perfectly aligned” on their machines but never would drive straight.
