I just bought a new to me 2009 C6 with a Z51 package. Found this label on the inside of drivers side door jamb. Is this a label put on at the factory or aftermarket label. Reason I ask is because this car was suppposed to be bone stock and I found a aftermarket K & N Cold Air Intake installed.

Should put you at about 400 rhwp IF there has been a proper tune done. Probably should have had a torque converter upgrade, also. I think it's a fairly mild cam so drivability shouldn't be an issue. It's just not stock.
I'd be having a chat with the selling dealer and, perhaps, make them take it back.
BTW, have you really looked at the engine? Does it have headers? Makes one wonder what else has been changed. Post a picture of the engine compartment.
That cam card calls it out being a LS1/gen 3 camshaft, and the specs look pretty mild anyway. I assume it was designed around cathedral port heads, which your car has square ports. Not a big deal if you wanted stock anyway, other than the fact that if you paid for stock, you should get stock. Most folks that do a Cam also do headers of some sort. Look at see if you have cast iron manifolds with aluminum heat shielding, or nice long piping (longtubes)
