Default Parking lights out

Fuse 8 keeps blowing changed all head lights I can't find a proper ground location to test relay 37 is fine switched for the fog light relay both good. I'm loosing hair I can't find any solutions fog and lights work. When I first changed it it was find for a day got out of work the fuse blew ever since then its been blowing immediately after the car turns on.

First thing is are you using a wiring diagram to diagnose this ??…if a fuse “blows” it means there is a direct “short to ground” path BEFORE the load and in this case the load is the parking, tail, license, and marker lights…it would not be a bad relay...as you can see the headlights are not even associated with that circuit as you can see in the bottom wiring diagram so you wasted your efforts changing them…what do you mean by “can’t find a proper ground location to test”…a short to ground does not involve a ground circuit as it is after the load...the lights associated are park, markers, tail lights, and license plate...unfortunately telling you exactly what wire is chaffed through to ground would be impossible here...I would access the wiring to all those lights and check for a wire worn through touching ground...I would look at the front park and marker lights first.
