Alternatives to LS3 flexplate?

Alternatives to LS3 flexplate?
My Mother and her husband have a C6 GS with a bad flexplate and apparently the OEM GM are back ordered until April? Is there something aftermarket that is as good or better that they can buy so they do not have to wait so long?

Trans flexplate?
Call one of the trans builders like Gearstar in OH or even Yank tq converters in AZ to see if they have one. Possibly ebay would have a decent used one.
Call the salvage yard.
