Default Npp exhaust
I have an 2008 with A6 trans. Will the NPP EXTENSION PIPE( not the x pipe , the exstenion welded to the muffler, mufflers and tail pipes from a 2012 GS FIT THIS CAR? There seems to be a lot of confusion on what year pipes/mufflers fit what. My system is 2-1/2” and has n X pipe with long tube headers going back to factory NPP. I baked into a wheel stop at a parking lot and bent the drivers side pipe so the tips are not even, I have a set from a 2012 and would like to just swap them out

No 08 falls in line with the 05-07, they made a change in 09 and the mounting points on the passenger side changed.

Here's the break down of what will work with what.

05-08 Base
09-13 Base and GS
06-13 Z06, ZR1

You can also get ZR1/Z06 mufflers to fit on a GS or base Vette if you buy Z06/ZR1 mid pipes when you buy headers.

I believe the drivers side is the same. Don’t quote me on that though.
