Default C6 LS2 build

New c6 owner looking for recommendations. Want to break 500hp with my LS2.
wanna start with a simple intake / exhaust, then manifold, throttle body, better flow heads / cam kit etc. want something aggressive but also streetable. I mostly need instruction on what parts will fit together and what to buy
also anything important to look out for, such as the harmonic balancer, please lmk

Easiest to install a supercharger kit.

You're looking for some pretty big gains from a NA LS2.

If wanting to stay N/A, I'd do the following assuming 93 octane fuel is available:

Aftermarket or ported stock heads. Aftermarket heads if you have the coin. They are capable of better power numbers. Mill to 65 cc combustion chamber volume.
FAST intake manifold.
1.875" long tube headers.
Use Cometic MLS head gaskets .040 thick.
228/232 115+3 cam with .620 lift on both sides. I'd have Cam Motion grind it for you.
10% underdriven crank pulley.
Your cold air intake of choice.
Change your lifters for sure. I'm happy with the Caddy racing lifters. Others suggest Johnsons.
Either new stock rocker arms or upgrade your stockers with a brass bushing upgrade.
New timing chain with new sprockets.

All that would get you static compression ratio to 11.4:1. Your dynamic CR would be 8.4:1. The cam is mild enough to not awaken any big cam demons, yet big enough to make some decent power. It might not hit your 500rwhp goal, but it would be a huge improvement over stock while retaining excellent drivability.

This recipe with MMS 235 Heads from Tony Mamo would EASILY Clear 500 RWHP (in a M6) & be
Extremely well mannered for the street.
