Wouldn't I need to re-pin this somehow?
If the one terminal is too burned-up to use, you will need to remove it and crimp a new one on the wire. It looks like there are different terminals available for that connector series. The right replacement will depend on the size of the old one and the wire gauge.
Looking again at your photo, it also appears that the male pin that's part of the fuse box (UBEC) has come out and is stuck in the burned-up terminal. If so, you're looking at a repair or replacement of the fuse box as well.

If lower block was melted that bad, then bank that upper fuse block was toasted as well, and needs to be replaced as well.
As for fan, guess not stock, and should have had is own relay and fuse to pull power directly from battery, and not through the oem wiring harness or fuse block, that is only rated for about 20amps off that wire size. So need to know after market radiator fan/ its set up as well, since the only power it should be pulling for the the oem connector on the side of the radiator, is the negative fan control wire from the ecm to its controller. Hence resolve fan controls first, then just need new upper fuse block, lower block, and maybe the connectors for it to re-due off the oem wires.

As for lower block and connectors, mouser electronics can get you covered for those parts, but upper fuse block will need to come from GM, unless you want to pull the upper fuse block apart, to see if you can repair it if not melted too badly instead.

On this, would have a nice talk with the shop to pay for the repair (since never should have been using the oem wires for the aftermarket fan since may not be rated for the increased amp load through them, and would let GM dealership deal with the problem/have the shop pay them directly.
Hence when repining the lower block wires with new pins, god only knows how far back the wires where melted as well, and it could be more than just repinning the block Oem wires, but chasing the wires back far enough it they are melted, to replace them in the looms too.

The POS that did this is now out of business so nothing I can do about that.

I got a whole new fuse box, only part i needed was the piece that has all the pins/males. I do however need your part finding wizardry again. Im just going to remove that old Female off the end of the burned wire, strip it back, heat shrink it and put a new female end on it.
I also need one of the blue retainers(as pictured) are you able to locate the female end and the blue retainer. (pictures attached)
