Looking to purchase a driveshaft for my 2006 Z51 with the MZ6 manual transmission. Most websites are showing me part 89059715 fit but others give me part 89060059 for MZ6 equipped cars. Does my Z51 really have a different driveshaft or is this a mistake on the GM websites? I can get a brand new driveshaft off rockauto (89059715) but it shows 6L80 and no manual transmission option.

2006 Coupes and Convertibles with MM6 or MZ6 use the same torque tube assembly ("driveline support"), p/n 12574783. The assembly includes the propshaft of course, which is p/n 89060059. So Z51 shouldn't make a difference. I think those websites are mixed up.
The Z06 has a different propshaft.
All automatics used a different torque tube, p/n 12568200, with a different propshaft, p/n 89059715. The auto tubes are totally different. For what it's worth, I believe you can tell the auto proshaft at a glance because it doesn't have a snubber. I have a 2006 Z51 manual and I've removed the original propshaft and it had a snubber.
Kind of lost here, and are you looking for a complete TT assemlby including tube houseing as well, or just the front input shaft part of the TT assembly since it got chewed up?
If just this,
Then post photo of marred up part of shaft, since if just the snout area where it goes into the Pilot bearing, that part is easy to fix with just weld build up,and turning the end back down, and a lot cheaper than replacing the input shaft with a new one instead.

I was hoping to get the entire propeller shaft as a complete unit with new bearings and couplers already installed but the only one available is for the automatic cars. With import fees and taxes, it wasn't much more to get the entire shaft, but I guess I will just be rebuilding mine and putting a stronger front input shaft. My local shop warned me they don't typically rebuild them because of the risk of vibration, but with the manual propeller shaft being discontinued, I have no choice but to rebuild.

89060059 and 89059715 are not that. Those part numbers refer to the propshaft (a.k.a. driveshaft) only. Don't go by the picture on RockAuto.
GM sells the entire torque tube under one part number, and all the individual pieces under their own part numbers. I know of no part number for everything all put together minus the housing.
