c6 wont start

i have a c6 2005 6.0 i did a rebuild with cam im trying to start the car but only lights dash comes on but starter dosent do anything i checked the relays and when i put a jumer where the relay goes the starter comes on but and cranks but then the engine shuts down any idea or solution car was runing fine before the rebuild

With 12 volt test light connected to battery positive check terminal A14 at the crank relay and see if it illuminates when you push the start button.

we didt with a meter and try to starterd and it didt send signal to the meter still no start
