2007 Z06 NPP Actuator
My NPP is stuck open. Troubleshooting led me to the exhaust tip mounted actuators. Both are bad.
I tested the vacuum solenoid and the coil has acceptable resistance. I connected my vacuum tester to the vacuum lines that connect to the actuators and it pulled great vacuum. I then connected my tester to the actuators, one at a time, and neither will activate. These are bad.
The problem is finding replacements. I read a thread where the Porsche actuators are a close replacement but I will have to alter the plunger to fit. I don't have a problem with that but wanted to get a consensus of what any of you have done for failed actuators.
