Sorry I can't help with identifying it. Looks like junk (looks broken). The best I've found/used are these. They aren't cheap, because they are quality and hard to find. I believe they are made in Australia. I always keep them in stock so I can avoid using all the other Chinesium junk. : https://audio-northwest.myshopify.co...ttery-terminal
Also different pics of them here. You can thread on the top post piece, or just run eyelets on the studs (2)
