transmission ID help

Default transmission ID help
Many many moons ago I picked up a TR6060 from someone on this board. Finally getting around to MY projects and noticed this on the trans.
Two extra ports on the lower left side and the normal oil lines have been looped.
ID tag on the trans doesn't help me ID'ing the shop that altered it.
Seeing if anyone here can offer insight into it.

It’s from 2009 Z06 TR6060 per the TUET7589 and the last 9 of the VIN on the case.

Thanks Rick. Doesn’t explain the 2 added AN fittings on the case.

Those are weld in bungs for sprayers to the gears. They are aftermarket and not stock.
