I have the C8 style aftermarket headlights, and they appear to be wired correctly (came with the car) and the Infinity LED taillights (do have the resistor built into them and wired correctly) but when I got the car, I didnt think to much about it until I was doing some clean up and then noticed there was no bulbs in the side marker lights. I did put bulbs in, but they dont seem to work, (did verify the wire was good and such but didnt check to see if it was getting voltage) I get hyper flash like I have a bulb out however, and not sure if its the headlights causing it, or do the side marker lights also work as turn signals? Does the car tell you if a light is out?
When you say wrong flasher, what exactly do you mean? The flasher is controlled by the CANBUS if I am not mistaken.
I am not sure if the wiring uses the same to go to the side marker lights/turn signals for the power/ground and maybe those do need a resistor like the headlights and tail lights already have one them, but they are set up for each light.
Anyone have a wiring diagram of how the headlights and tail lights are wired to everything and maybe I can trace them?
