Performance and handling
I have a bone stock 2008 auto with only 18000 miles, for you experienced performance guys what is the first thing you would do to enhance performance and/or handling and keep it near stock?

Bilstein B8 shocks with poly bushings will stiffen it up for handling. If tracking, can go to next level with Bilstein B8 DRM's for more stiffness. This is what I have on my '08 for HPDE track days. I don't feel that they're too harsh for regular driving. If tracking, also get track oriented brake pads.

Z51 sway bars with poly bushings and Bilstein shocks. This will help noticeably with cornering.

I recently had a time attack event and the upgraded Sway bars and Bilstein shocks all around and it made a huge difference compared to stock. I am running AFE front and rear sway bars and B8 shocks all around and the car handles amazing. Tires are upgraded to 200 TW tires so that might of helped also 😆
