After a lot of testing we picked up 22HP and 22TQ. We used the 1 3/4" headers and high flow cats. Every thing else is stock. On the track we picked up 4 tenths and 6 MPH. They make more power rite off idle and all the way to the rev limiter. This is power you can really feel. The dyno graph will be posted tomorrow.

Very nice numbers! Looking forward to seeing the dyno. Do you have anyway of looking at PCM tables, yet? There is probably more in there once you can tune it
That is impressive . In this same vein guys, are headers legal in California and when you add headers, does this affect the warranty in any way ?
Anything that moves the stock location of the cats is illegal. All LT headers do (especially the ones on the C6, as the cats are right behind the exhaust manifold). Any headers that are legal in CA will have a CARB Exemption Order (EO) number, usually on a tag or stamped on the header. For the C5, only a couple of Shortie headers are legal and have a CARB EO.
That being said, there are many people in CA with headers on their vettes. Don't know how they get around the smog inspections. I understand new cars don't have to be inspected for 4 years. There may be a lot of folks in for a surprise come their first smog inspection.
Curious as to where you found that info on their site?
...the info is not yet on their site, I added it for contact info - Mike Vendetto or Scott Rawling are the two guys to talk to, sorry if there was any confusion
The Headers were on the CCC6 displayed at the Mid America Fun-Fest last month and through talking with them, they explained the gains.
Where's the chart? Of the 12 posts of hp after mod numbers only two guys post the chart to show it. It's like this election, say something but no facts to back it up.

Yes there is more power to be had. The air fuel ratio is rich from the factory.

The graph is a couple of posts up, and he had posted the track results previously. The track results are the more important judge of the gain, not the dyno numbers. I never saw 2 dynos pull into the staging lanes at the track I personally prefer to see the real world results instead of dyno racing, are you a Supra owner by any chance?

No I'm not and I've never seen anyone do exactly the same run, too many variables. Track temp, air temp, humidity, launch, traction, tire temp, reaction time, time of day, engine temp, oil temp, gear temp, shift points, rev range, launch rpms, maybe on the planet neptune. And don't come back with this God like driver that can tell the difference of 10 hp on a 400 hp machine. In other words all those varibles vs a dyno run to tell engine hp????????????
