I believe it might be that the muffler design costs more but I can't say for sure. I'm going to ask Corsa about that this week.

The Sport is the Touring Package without the H-Pipe and two additional resonators (small mufflers) these are added to the Touring Package to make it quieter for a couple of states that have more strict noise standards - California being one of them. These extras are installed forward of the trans and behind thefactory "headers". If you order the Sport and it is too loud, you can order the H-pipe and additional resonators later and it will then be a Touring Package. MSRP for that add-on is $349, but you should be able to get it for about $299 or less delivered to your door from any of the Forum vendors.

I ordered from Ken Fitchner Chevrolet. Delivered to my door for $1023. That is the cheapest price I found for California delivery since we have 8% sales tax.

You paid tax when Ken Fitchner does not have a business presence in CA (or do they)? Some out of state vendors charge sales tax and others don't.

We have pictures and details in the C6 exhaust section of our website - www.tbyrnemotorsports.com . Pricing is lower than we should advertise so you'll just need to give us a call or e-mail tbyrne@tbyrne.com to receive a quote.

Anyone else receive their Corsa systems with dents in the edges of the exhaust tips? Corsa may not be packaging these properly. Mine arrived from Tbyrne with the tips face to face in the box.

That's not a good thing! They are usually in a thick form wrap. I heard one of the girls working on this for you a little while ago.

My exhaust system arrived harm free and very well packaged late last week. If memory serves me right there was plastic on the pipes exiting and foam material in the box between the pipes...
Did it go UPS or Fed Ex? It might be mishandled.

My damaged exhaust was shipped UPS. It appeared well packaged in heavy foam type material, but the two tips must have come in contact because they were packed face to face. Just wondering if anyone else got theirs like this. Not blaming Tbyrne for the damage, they didn't pack it, Corsa did.
