Remove the wheel line access cover, and reach in and remove the bulb.

Default It is pretty close to the thread about changing fog lights

There are excellent pictures of changing high beams, fog lights and location of low beams HID all located behind panels in the front wheel wheels..Just be glad mine burned out at 300 miles so that makes it a warranty repair for just a bulb but perhaps there is more to it as what caused the bulb to go at 300 miles and it is easier and free for me to send it in once they get the bulbs in stock or factory order them. You have to turn the tires in to gain access or remove the tire to make it more access to panels held in by fasterners.

Default Removing the tire will make it easier access

Otherwise you can turn the tire in but it is close.
