Default C6 chassis vs C5 chassis

Is there any hard core numerical data from GM indicating how much better the C6 chassis is from the C5 chassis?

for example, the torsional rigidity of the C5 is between 21-24 Hz. Has anyone seen any data suggesting what the torsional rigidity of the C6 is?

Is the C6 chassis really that much stronger than the C5's??

From the initial C6 introduction material, the frame from the C5 to C6 was not changed dramatically. Some suspension pickup points where moved and the wheel base grew a small amount. I have some pictures in a mag of the C5 frame from its introduction and the pictures of the C6 frame. There isn't any super noticable differences. I am betting structural data is nearly the same.

My C6 feels much more "solid" than my C5.

Really?? I felt it was the other way around. The C6 has a slightly longer wheel base, an inch or soo. and isn't the C6 an inch narrower in wheel track?? The C6 weights a bit more but not much.

The seats in the C6 are harder then the C5 seats.

No matter BOTH are great cars

That's empirical data if ever I heard and the FRC was about 12% stiffer then the C5. So I have to wonder as well which platform is "stiffer" based on facts?
