You have got to drive it more often as it isn't being used enough for this scenario

Especially if you do all of your low mileage driving during the day that is why every bulb is working because you never used them I can almost say that for my 88 but It is a daily driver.

If you turn the twilight mode off, your head lamps will not come on unless commaded by the switch on the stalk. This can be done on the DIC. The DRLs are still on. But there is a way to defeat that too, just pull a fuse I believe. At least on the C5, sorry I forgot I was lurking in the C6 forum

I have already programed this in the DIC in the twilight mode

This is a different feature for when you leave your car lights will stay on for however many minutes you have 3 choices. Mine is off but it has nothing to do with the headlights coming on automatically. It is in the default built that way...
anyone know of a clean mod to turn out ALL the lights (rear lights, brake lights, perimeter lights) when you turn off the headlights. I would like to turn out all the lights and only keep the fog lights active. would be a very nice way to go dark when needed.
I did turn off lights in tHe DIC and the headlights still go on
