For those of you that are not from the area, or have not heard we sold our newest building in Plano, TX last year and have been working on a new site bigger and better than any prior facility we have done.

This is all 100% owned and built by LG Motorsports and will be home to some truly amazing features and amenities we have not been able to do in the past.


We will have two new buildings there. LG HQ building will be approx 50,000 sq ft and will have an additional 20k sq ft of part storage upstairs.





We are going to have a second building next door that will be home to a few of our new plans - stay tuned- (artist rendering)

Lifting Tilt wall panels--Day 2 building 2 as of today. Walls are up plus some Steel joists

We should be moving in around Dec or January, We are actually building in "WestMinster" which is defunct now so it has an Anna Zip Code.
9 miles north of McKinney off 121 = Google WestMinster Tx and you will find it easily. We are exactly across from the "WestMinster Water Tower".

Yes we did but after just over a year, a telecom support company just had to have my building and the price was too much to refuse.

SO thanked them for the $$$ then used it to buy 161 acres in Westminster (Anna) and we begin again.

We plan to use the rest of the land to build a "Motorsports Park" that will knock your socks off!!

Same thing happened to our Wylie building which gave us the opportunity to build the Plano location---but hey, I am an "Accidental Developer" And happy to accommodate buyers like that.

This time we are building 2 buildings---One to house LG Motorsports and another to lease out to pay the mortgage. 20,000sf to lease out and 35,000sf for our LG Motorsports building.

There is one range at 1000 yards down here. My land has a diagonal length of 1300 yards but we might hit some race cars driving around!!
