CAR SOLD!
Just a fun thought for others. It sold for essentially my asking price. In fact I had increased the price about a month ago when Kerbeck was out of new 2019s! I used that as an indicator as was getting many inquires from Autotrader! They had only 6 Grand Sport left just before and ALL were Automatics.
Some great folks flew in to buy and drive in back to the Mid West. Last week I had three calls from folks who wanted to buy it who kept on calling hoping the folks who said they would buy would not show-up! They wanted a standard shift! Really no choice as the some won't buy a C8 and the only choice is a quality used car. Washed it before they came and it looked like when I bought it 3 1/2 years ago! Those full length side skirts and ACS splash guards were a help! Not one mark near the lower rear fender ducts and I had removed the discolored on the edges heavy GM "protective plastic" soon after I got it!
Bottom Line, if you have a quality car hold out! With a new C8 probably over a year away if a 2021 was ordered today- folks wanting a Vette don't have a choice!
