Default E-Force install observations

2015 z51 MN7. 1 week with the supercharger. Very quiet and smooth. Pulls very hard and hits rev limiter quickly. Exhaust is louder. No heat issues even in the 90 degree Chicago weather. It looks like it came from the factory. Love driving it even more if that's even possible. No regrets at all! Dynoed at just over 560 RWHP.

Congrats, I like the E Force. May do this setup in the future, how many pounds of boost are you running? Who did your tune?

Installed by Straightline Performance in Joliet Illinois. Stage 2. Not sure how much boost. Edelbrock tune to maintain power train warranty.

Skvette,

Thanks for sharing! Looks fantastic! Any particular reason you went with the E-force instead of the Procharger or ECS?

I also have the Borla X pipe without cats. Wanted to have a power train warranty and don't care for the noise the centi's make.

yup and i also like that edelbrock sends you a tune with it. ...i'm almost 100 percent sure that if i decide to supercharge, the E-Force is what i will go with.

Do the roots blowers have slightly better reliability because they are not as sensitive to belt alignment as centri blowers?

Are you guys swapping in a larger more capable radiator at time of installation?

I had an Edelbrock on my Charger and am contemplating getting one for my C7. I love the instant low end torque you get from a roots style blower over a centri.

On my Charger, I could hear the whine of that supercharger, and it was glorious. Any whine on the C7?

I did not swap the radiator. I see no need to. You can hear the whine from the SC but I think only from inside the car and when the exhaust is set to Stealth or just before the exhaust opens up in sport or track mode.
I would like it to be louder but still love the extra power!

im with ya there pards, wish the whine was little louder but that makes it even more stealth right. I cant wait to take it to the strip, leave the exhust mode in stealth all quite like and run 10's...... I did my valve cover covers in red and looks pretty good. Might be too much red for some guys tho?

Can confirm, I got my Edelbrock kit for my Charger HEMI from Mike@TPS a couple of years ago. He hooked me up with 0% financing on part of the order, and I was able to get some extras. I plan on getting some superchargin' love from him for my C7 Z51, when it gets here.

Default Sump connection photo please?

Can you post a photo of the dry sump connection lines? The lower line from the bottom of the sump (inside the fender) isn't connected on mine. In a week and a half I can't get Eldebrok to answer it return calls. I just want ti know if this is correct. There isn't anything in the install instructions that show it

I dont remember having to touch my dry sump oil lines while installing my E force. The blower comes filled with its own oil sealed in the unit

I have a '15 z51 also. Curious about the cost. I live about 2 hours from Joliet.
