E85 & Nitrous?

E85 & Nitrous?
My A8, NA daily driver is at 505 RWHP, setup and tuned for 93 octane & E-85. During warm (drag racing) months, I will only run E-85. I'm also considering a 100/150-shot of nitrous for occasional drags and I prefer not to blow my nice engine 
so...
1- With the very high octane rating of E-85 (100 - 110+), is additional tuning needed with less timing advance?
2- Are there any other issues with E-85 and nitrous at my power level?
