I was never a fan of Centrifical SC's because of the noises they made, always sounded like something wasn't right. I realize this is their natural sound but never cared for it.
My ECS SC was near dead quiet when I got it and I've noticed more noise coming from it. This may just be normal, I do have about 9K on it right now.
I have changed the oil in the SC at 500 miles, then every 2000-2500 miles since then. Today I noticed it was pretty loud standing in front of the car.
I took this video. The noise you hear is coming from the SC itself. Granted it seems very amplified in this video but not sure if this is normal, or not.
It'd be worth checking out all the bearings in all of the idler/pullies if you ever have the belt off. I had the bearings in one of the idlers on mine go out after similar mileage. It was a C6 kit for whatever it's worth so it may be totally different bearings, I don't know for sure. I can't listen to the video right now, but mine was especially louder when cold then got a little better. When I got the bearings out they would turn when hot and basically seized up when cold (couldn't turn them by hand)

You have a bearing problem. I have been through this twice now on mine. The best solution is to send it to Paxton for rebuild it's $400. I tried to rebuild it myself the second time with a $225 kit off of ebay and I still don't have it back together after about 9 months.
