S/C installs are $1500 roughly.
Tunes are $500-$700
Add parts.
Of course this will be different between tuners.
I don't know who pays that. I installed my own stuff but I did get quotes from about 4 places before I did it myself.

$4700 for the ECS Kit
$650 for the Meth
$1200 for Meth/SC install. I paid $700 and $600 because I did it separately
$500 for tune

You got a good deal but your math doesn't add up. Add $2300 for headers and install and you're just $1000 ish from $12000. You just saved about $800-1000 on the blower install. A blower installed and tuned is $1500 all day long. Meth is about 8 hours also, $800-$1000 depending on the labor rate.

My kit installed was $7150, and the extra $100 was because I did meth after the fact.

I've got my invoice around here, it was $8300 total but I also did a Crazy Cowboy sound deadening extreme kit and steering wheel swap.
