Centrifugal blower question

So my 17 GS is my first centri blown car. And it's taking some getting used to lol. My question is this, centri builds boost with rpm, but does it build the same boost at the same rpm in different gears? Meaning if you make 10 psi at 4500rpm in 3rd gear, do you also make the same 10psi at 4500 in 5th gear?

I would assume yes, but not exactly same for example in th1:1 ratio its takes to long to finish the gear so it's already built boost, but in 2nd its not gonna have the time to build it since its very short gear.

That doesn't mean im right i just think this way

Yes and no.

Load changes, temps raise, etc which have an effect on boost. So it will be close, but not exactly the same.
