E-force idler problems?

E-force idler problems?
I just noticed today that I have a chirping idler on the driver's side. It looks like it has grease coming out of the bearing. The E-Force only has about 300 miles on it since installation. Has anyone else had an idler go bad?

You only put 300 miles since installing it? Didn't you install it at the end of last year? 
(Take it back to the installer, you have a warranty).

I don't drive it in the winter. I've been driving my C5.
I will be taking it back to the installer. I was just curious if anyone else had experienced this.
