Default Replaced meth pump, still leaking

So I replaced my pump but am still leaking.

I assume from the bottom of the windshield reservoir. Someone on here posted up before the part number for the lower part that the meth can eat through that may need to be replaced.

Anyone have it?

I have a brand new one that is leaking from that bottom section where the adjustment screw is. I have a replacement being overnighted to me.

You can see the meth dripping off a couple of places on the pump.

If you find your tank lower grommet is leaking and a standard replacement doesn't cut it because the hole is warped or damaged, GM sells an oversize grommet so you can drill the hole slightly bigger and use the larger grommet. Call Julio at Alky control - he can get you the part number to order if that's your problem.

Thanks. I do not think it is the pump since it was leaking, replaced the pump, and still leaks. It is probably that grommet.

How do you get to the grommet? Disconnect the feed side and pull it out from the top? I did not take the whole liner off to replace the pump, just enough to sneak it in/out.
I'll call him on Monday.

You can pull the liner back and get to the grommet from underneath. It's installed without having to pull the tank so you should be able to pop it out from underneath.

Email Julio today and he can get you the part number this weekend. I talked to him this week and this morning and he told me he will answer emails over the weekend but not the phone. He went through a lot of the Harvey Hurricane crap so he's a bit burned out and needs the weekend quietude.

Have his email address?

I talked to him a few weeks ago and ordered a pump but don't have his email.
