Planning on an A&A sc with standard pulley, do i want headers? I am very concerned with staying in the safety limits of a stock LT1. I was told Long Tubes will not only gain power but will run lean. Will that be too much ? Not interested in meth. thanks

If you are having the headers installed at the same time as the A&A then tuning will not be a issue. The stock manifolds flow pretty good. On a low boost application you will see a 20 to 30 hp gain so it's not a huge difference. Headers are not the best bang for your buck in terms of power compared to the supercharger but they make the car sound awesome which makes them worth the money.
What Silverboost said. Headers are worth it for the added sound, and they do bump hp a little bit. S/C and headers, off meth, will net you around 600whp which is safe for the LT1. Around 630-650 is when you start risking blowing the pistons from ring expansion and cracking the tops.
Keep in mind that without meth, you will need more fuel. The best and simplest solution is to swap to an LT4 hpfp for about 700$ parts cost. You just need the pump, gasket, and 1 new metal fuel line.

On the standard pulley, assuming you have an si head unit, that will push about 6psi. You should be ok with stock fuel system at that point. But, as soon as you add more boost you will need more fuel for sure.

Ah nice. I only have experience with the ECS kit that starts at 8psi with the restrictor plate. I just wanted to highlight that because at 2psi less I agree that you'd probably be ok on fuel and in the high 500s whp with headers.
You could port your stock manifolds and get them coated cheap like I did. Not nearly as expensive as headers and give you a little more power and still be safe.
