I have a 2014 with ecs without restrictor plate. I was going to install a 7 psi plate and disable the meth but leave it on the car. What do i need to do ? drain system and disconnect the power to the meth kit? thanks
If it’s an Alky Control kit, you can just turn it off using the gain **** on the controller, or disconnect the hose at the nozzle and drain the reservoir with the test button.
Per Julio at Alky Control, remove the line at the nozzle, put the line in a jug and pump out all meth, add water to the washer tank, push some water through the system to flush out the meth, and leave water in the washer tank so the pump isn't sitting dry which keeps the pump seals happy.

Only thing I would do different is use the anti-freeze washer fluid instead of water. That way if you are in a cold weather climate come winter, you won't have any worries about freezing.
