Default Is this filter too small for my F1A-94?

Is it just me or is this a small k&n filter for such a large Procharger? I have never seen one this small for the race setup. Should I upgrade? Looks like it should be my crankcase filter...damn...

Try to dirch that small thing and get a green filter in front of the procharger inlet

What size would you recommend? Tons of options... https://www.greenfilterusa.com/universal-cylinder

You are essentially referring to use one that clamps to inlet of ProCharger? Bypass the tube altogether?

I was considering this one: https://shop.brutespeed.com/ATI-AF05...AF056I-005.htm

4" inlet, 7" long.

The one they sent is 4" inlet, 5" long if that.

Yes, that's what understood, clamped right on the procharger inlet. 21144.006.005.504.00ConeStraightGreen
I also thought about just doing a cold air system which I think they sell. Where it can use the factory airbox location. Problem is I haven't seen many doing this, or a nice setup of it anyway. I have a carbon fiber K&N cold air intake now thought about fabricating a cold air tube to mate to that.

Appreciate your input this was exactly what I was asking for!

I think that's what my p1sc system came with

Can't do that where I live on a dirt road on a farm. Just not smart. Lots of dirt, dust, debris. Just going to get a larger filter or fabricate me a cold air system over to factory box area.

I was just more concerned if this was standard with an F series blower?

Here’s my P1 race filter from Procharger. Sorry, very dirty but you can see it is much larger and longer than the one you have

That’s the filter for the transitions that go to the drivers side.

Thank you both for those pics that's very helpful! I am going to get it all together then look into a cold air system or getting it closer to the factor air box location like you have 123Sugey. More concerned for track days and heat soak.

C7&7 what boost are you running? I am around 18psi (ProCharger sent me 4" pulley) to meet that and using a Precision Wastegate to pull boost out if a bit over. I may run with and without it on the dyno to see if it's restricting power.

Thanks!

I see about 22 peak. I’m running the novi2200x though.
