Default Questions on using meth

planning on running Meth with my new Maggy 2.3 SC
  • are you using a particular brand of washer fluid ?
  • if not are you just buying pure meth and mixing ?
  • are you mixing washer fluid for higher meth content ?
  • are you using the windshield washer tank ?
  • any issues so far like pump failures ?
thanks

I assume, but may be wrong, that using the WW tank for meth means your not using it for WWF? Orrrrr does it actually do both?

Boost juice is a 50/50 mix. Most get best results with 100% meth. Only problem is 100% meth is corrosive and the pump needs to be changed about every two years. Find a VP dealer locally and get a few 5 gal cans and it will last you a while.

We only have 6 months driving season where I live , I guess if I drain the tank I should get 3 or 4 years maybe to a pump

Drain the pump and fill with blue windshield washer fluid for the winter. Some have gotten up to 4 years out of a pump. I haven’t been so lucky.

You can run 50/50, but to get the most benefit from the added octane, 100% meth works best plus you still get great IAT reductions.

hope the IAT are better ! eventually he will be in LV one day. This is why i went to METH and the Maggy 2.3 for added power due to the elevation and Heat.
But now I here even the Maggy runs hot in LV. Cant win.

For some perspective, at a roll racing event three weeks ago in 90+ deg heat, my IATs were about 122 at the start of the run and 90 after 160+ mph passes. This is with an A&A supercharger. Meth works.

i had a magnuson 2300 installed on my camaro ss. was advised by magnuson not to run meth, due to the meth eating the coating on the rotors. might want check with magnuson first before installing meth.
