Default Amazing how much more ethanol you burn over 93 octane for same distance/driving!

I use to do a 40 min drive to get my son from school and it would burn about a 1/4 tank or so. On E85 I burn nearly 2/3'rds my tank damn! I play with a little won't lie but it's crazy noticeable how much faster it burns ethanol over 93. I literally see my needle move just doing one hit!! No kidding you need one hell of a fuel system to push 1000 horse on ethanol. I can only imagine how much of that fuel is running through that motor at WOT.

I was initially bragging to my fiance about how much cheaper E85 is and how much money I would be saving haha yeah right! I burn like twice as much for the same distance! Got to love it ya pay to play!

E85 BTU content per gallon is significantly less than typical gasoline. For max power, it’s a great way to go though. For commuting... maybe not so much.

Yeah, I always heard 30% more but damn it's truly crazy how fast it goes. I am just not used to it yet not to mention only ONE gas station within an hour of me sells it so it's like GOLD lol.

IDK if there's a benefit of E85 over " pump gas" Compared to running race fuel at 7.00+/gallon, that's where the savings is. You need roughly 60% more E85 compared to gasoline.
