Default Procharger Kit installed

Took the whole weekend working here and there, but she is on and ready to go. Kit fits really well and install was straight forward.

It’s the 7 psi kit with Procharger canned tune. Hardest part was the crank bolt. Had to stop the flywheel from spinning to get it off. Hopefully will get it on a Dyno next month. Took it for a little drive yesterday.

Procharger made it clear that doing anything other then their canned tune will mess up the carb stuff. I assume that if you plug in the supplied Tuner it will copy of the stock tune and install theirs, but sounds like IF you want to make any adjustments you would have to put back the stock tune and get a completely different tuner. I was hoping that Their supplied tuner would allow some little changes like tire sizes.. maybe a little bitty semi timing change because you know they will run it super fat.. ahhhhhhh

A very good impact will help you there. The engine in the car? M7? A8?

Mines on now and does a good job at making the tires slide all over.

According to the dynocom dyno I'm at 582hp/557tq. I dont know if that seems a little high for being stock w/ at 7psi canned tune. I did get the p1x upgrade which should help. I'm going to hit the local dyno tomorrow and test it on their reg dyno and see if I get with that.. I already did a base run a week before the SC 405/391.

Unless you were doing your dyno on 120 deg day I have a feeling I will get slapped in the face with a dyno discrepancy. lol

According to procharger WITH the canned tune I should get 180+hp, The upgraded p1x an extra 10ish.. Until then I think I'll leave the z06's alone. lol

Headers, X-pipe, meth, ported intake and throttle body in the future when I leave Hawaii. Only 1 tuner on the island and I am not too confident in their ability to tune the vehicle properly.

I sure hope tuner didn't disable knock sensors. Looks like you have quite a bit going on.

It has the canned tune from Procharger.

I'd be very cautious about going WOT. Sure looks like your stock fuel components are being heavily taxed. I would send that graph to Procharger.

Thanks. I sent it to them to see if it’s something that can be adjusted in the tune they provided.

Could the spikes at the later RPMs be so drastic because smoothing is at 0?

My canned tune did this too, after 6k it started to go lean. Also my cats were heating up too much and had to remove them, given this was over a 1/4 mile run.

Did you ask Procharger to adjust the tune or did you upgrade the fuel system?
