Default NEED HELP! Think!

I have 17 Z51 A8 with an E FORCE Stage 1 on top. I continue to have issues with the intake duct (tube that runs from the air filter housing to the S/C intake) separating. Usually at the point that the connector that connects the duct to the S/C. I have had both ends separate, (fall off the system) but that was during auto-cross. GM used an accordion type connector from the airbox to the duct on the LT4. Edelbrock only provides two fixed length silicon connectors at each end of the duct, which is not working for me! I have thought that somehow separating the accordion connection from a Z06 air duct might help. That costs about $150. I think I need a connector that allows movement. Don't curse me for my previous choices, help me fix my problem! I really need constructive input.

I’ve had the E force on my C7 for a good 4 years and never had this issue. It just uses a band clamp that you tighten with a 5/16”. I have never heard this issue before. It’s either a bad band clamp or you’re not tightening it enough.

that looks really sharp, like the way the car should have been from gm.
