These are some great designs.. GM is stupid not to hire you..
but yes unfortunate over the last 35 years GM has done some
very..very stupid things....
Here in the US so many of our cars have this muscular blocky like
look. The Chrysler 300..Dodge Charger..and Ford Mustang. But I
think the corvette can take this blocky look (as you show above)
as the overall shape and look of the car is so long and lean looking.
Still..yes....most US corvette people we like abit of the
european design look added to the corvette. It upgrades the car
since the corvette needs to be different from the typical US muscle car.
The trouble is that I don’t even know if GM saw my designs since you cannot ad pictures on the GM career website. So I sent my CV with some designs to the human resources but got absolutely no response and wonder if they did not just delete my message ?? I am really sad about that because I was a project manager for the Renault Logan and know a lot about low cost cars (starting from sheet metal to finished car ..I followed the complete industrial process) and can contribute to GM in many ways ..not only design.
Any ways ..here is a modification of the design I did earlier for a high performance Z06 version with European styling. My friends from the French Corvette forum hate this design because they find it too Euro … and prefer a typical US design. I told them that GM will build a C7 that most Corvette fans would love to see and the largest market is the US market …. So let’s go for some Euro styling ..
Here it is without the side vents. This is a C6 restyling without modifying the actual wheel base. The second one is a total body and engine modification of the C6 Z06 …with an 8:1 compression ratio, Twin VG Turbos with water injection while over boost …max power 1000 Hp.

P.S. I modified several racing and high performance engines in the past but I stopped doing it now because there is no realistic future for such cars. At the moment I work on fuel economy technical solutions.
Thanks for re-doing this top one. I'd buy this one today no matter how much depreciation hit I would take. Damn this looks nice! Don't ever give up following your dreams. You never know what might happen!
I have several programmes … PSPro, 3DSMAX, Rhino3D …it all depends on what I design, often I use a mix of several programs for the final finish. Car designers work from hand sketching to Alias 3D modelling tools. Design and modelling are tow different things but now car constructors wand to designers to be able to do both.
I am a mechanical engineer and the trouble is that I never learned design in school and because I don’t have a transportation design degree I cannot get a job in the design field. In France recruiters are often stupid …instead of looking at your work and see what you can really do they only look at your CV and degrees. I really love designing and can design almost anything (I can show you some of my work if forum administrator/moderators can tell me where to do it on this forum since I don’t want to mix subjects in this C7 section). I design body kits on existing cars and automobile contemporary art work. In this section I showed you several C7 designs that I imagined but I can also design a 2050 Vette …
I designed several C3 to go on C5 tubular chassis .. and other C3 kits for C5 Corvettes…also complete new looks for C4/C5/C6….always keeping the stock frame and wheel base.
you seem to have a bit of porential. i do like the blue supervette and the silver hybred best tho. just keep trying to contact gm, maybe something will click. good luck
This one is my favorite, the grill has the corvette logo in it which is kinda cool. You are very talented, but I think GM has many talented and highly educated young minds to pull from. It is a dream job for many college grads. Keep trying though.
