Based on the names at the back of the stand, yes Pratt and Miller.
If its called the LMP1, that screams Le Mans racer to me, and that cabin forward, long rear section is certainly engine behind the cabin.
Wonder then why the nose scoop is still there, other than for brand recognition?

It does look pretty slick too. Put a smaller, body sculpted wing on the rear, ala Zonda, and thats a very nice high end street car.
"GM Comanche" sounds pretty good to me...brings in American history, a sweet as attack helicopter, and launches with a Soldiers commemorative edition.

I should really stick my hand up for a role at GM :-)

Look at the black car in the "Styling and Surfacing" section. It shows Compuware as a sponsor, the Vett cross flags on the nose and the number 4 on the side. Looks like mid-rear to me.

Interesting, no?

IMO, not the C7 but an exercise on behalf of someone. The question is who?

Maybe Pratt & Miller

The Pratt & Miller car is a wind tunnel test model for the proposed LMPEvo rules Corvette, not a street car by any stretch of the imagination.
