Is it possible the only area left for GM to address on the C7 is the way it handles the roads it is driven on? Imagine a car like this that corners like it is on rails as the line goes! I'm betting they address this next. The only other thing would the seats.
Of course the c6 handles great.....thats why this OP is funny...the seats could use a revamp though...
Of course cinching the seat belt holds you in nice and tight for the 1 lateral g handling the vette can achieve...it would be nice if the seats were better bolstered..
the c7 has its own section. You might be better off discussing the new C7 there..and we agree...the C7 hopefully will get better seats than the c6..
No more having to cinch the seat belt to hold you tightly in place when on the track or ...
Even with a really good bucket seat that held your hips, shoulders, and legs better you would still need the cinch feature. The seat holds you in place in the car the belt then holds you in the seat. You do not want a belt that is moving around or has any slack in it you want it as tight as hell. That is what the cinch feature provides. If your belts don't feel like they are cutting you in two they aren't tight enough.

When I first got my C6, performace manuvers put me into the door panel and center console. I can't believe how much better the performace driving experience has been since I learned the cinch feature.
To the OP:
C5 and C6 Vettes already handle like they are on rails. Ultimate roadholding is determined mostly by tire compound. I reguarly pull .8-.9Gs in my base car with worn base tires.
If they plan to shave some weight that would help, but even then, they may just end up back where the C6 started. If the motor is in the front, then don't expect any substantial dynamic improvement.
