Just put primer on the vehicle, that's dull. Than we can have a paint delete and save X amount of money. DULL paint, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A lot of Corvette owners have gray hair and like things shiny. It's hard enough to get them to give up chrome wheels in favor of dark ones;
it will be a while before they're ready for dull paint too...

Most yes, but certainly not all of us LOL.
I was VERY excited back in late '05 when the Competition Grey wheels were first announced and I subsequently opted for them when it came time to order my new C6. I love anthracite or even black rims, chrome not so much LOL.
While I don't think I could really go for one of those dull or flat type paint finishes on a new car, I have considered painting my Camaro Z28 (currently shiny black) in a nice flat black.
I saw a new mercedes at dealership with satin finish. It was a bit shinnier than primer. Kinda looked cool, with a million lights shinning on it. But I dont think I would buy a vette with that finish.

I think a flat paint finish might appeal to the "drive it like you stole it" guys and racers, dirt and brake dust don't show. But a lot of owners get as much pleasure from shining and showing their Corvettes as from driving them. Maybe we'd discover whether Zaino or Adams products produce the best shine on dull paint...
