If you look at certain C class Mercedes Benz's (low $30k range) and some S or CL class Mercedes Benz's (upwards of $130k+?) you'll also notice some blatant similarities between their steering wheels as well.
That's a roughly $100k gap in price yet I've never once heard the owner of any high line Mercedes complain about it.
Why is it ok there but not with the Corvette (with it's mere $40k-$50k base price)?

The C7 should have it's own steering wheel.

Correct me if i am wrong, but every C7 will come with one.

I don't like to share either.

LOL, only two parts from the C6 have been rolled into the C7...

But dozens from the Chevy Sonic and Malibu can be found on the C7

Per Tadge at Petit LeMans last weekend, only two things are carryovers (which doesn't say they WON'T be sharing with other models, but ....), the rear latch on the removable top and the cabin air filter.

As long as they're not using the Vega wheel, it's all good.

That's OK with me. Whatever makes the car more affordable.

But seriously, I don't see any of those parts. The sonic wheel and Corvette wheel are quite obviously different wheels.
