I expect that there will be one 12v outlet and 1 USB power outlet. The ashtray itself will likely be an add-on option to put in the cup holder.
I know that if I were buying a C7 used I would look for cars that didn't have that option. LOL
The one I order from GM certainly won't. I don't smoke and I don't let smokers ride in my car unless the haven't smoked since their last shower. The smell is awful.
