So the predecessor to the 'F12" you have pictured was the "599". The 599 was released in 2006, and looked at in profile looked remarkably like the C6 that was released the year before. You could say Ferrari copied GM and build a strong case. This time around the 599 replacement came to market a year before the C6 replacement and again they look very similar. The F12 is Ferrari's front engine sportscar derived from the 599, which was derived from the 575, which was derived from the 550 Maranello, which was derived from the original Daytona. They share a similar design and performance philosophy and therefor look very much alike. While they look similar to each other they are being developed/ styled at roughly the same time as one another and therefor have not actually copied each other. You can't compare a car to one that came out the year before or even a couple years before and say it was copied. It takes at least 3 years to work out a cars design as important as Corvette or any Ferrari for that matter so with regards to these two cars I would consider them to separate approaches to the same goal.
With that said while the silhouette of the cars is very similar I can go through and pick out details that are completely different from end to end on each car. It's like all the BS about the C7 tail lights versus the 5th gen. They are not the same with the exception that there are 4 rear tailights in roughly the same location. The rest of the details are all different.
