The thing we all noticed watching it was the audience didn't seem too vocally excited about it. It seemed like they were underwhelmed when it rolled on stage.
I agree. It also sounded like there were only ten people clapping.
Poor intro...
With the debut of the 64 1/2 Mustang it was at the world faire and it can't get any better than that.
The Mustang is the only other car that has lasted long and has a history is why I say that even though they are two different type of cars.
My heart was pumping that last 10 seconds before the live stream started. Then what a letdown for such an iconic car. Omg look everyone, this car is STINGRAY!!!!!! that means that ummm its awesome, so awesome we stuck these cheap badges on the side.
Agreed that it was a very lame intro and at the very least the guy driving it out should've revved it up to let everyone hear what the beast inside sounds like.
Now you see first hand what auto company executives are all about...makes you wonder how they got to those high paying jobs...not a gearhead in the trio. Really lame persona, as exciting as a funeral for a zombie. I am so glad I am outta there and enjoying life...what a burden it was to work for jackwipes like this.

So many like minds.... kind of scary....

I've always said.... "****-Retentiveness" is a rarely diagnosed disease which afflicts about 98% of American buisness management. It is insideous, and damaging to real productivity. Drowning the guilt and remorse in alchohol is not even a bandaid for the problem. Most of the people in the audience were probably relatives of ****-retentive upper management trying to get loose at a mixer. The result is subdued enthusiasm. When an **** gets enthusiastic, the knee-jerk reaction to a life of hiding true emotions and the fear of being spanked for soiling your diaper as a child all comes to a crashing emotional avalanche. The process keeps repeating itself. It's really bad.

I agree the red color wasn't the best either. You couldn't see the edges and the edges very well. The dark colors are really the best way to go on this vette. It even makes the rear more awesome looking.
