Looked it up just now. All the Bluetooth does is make and receive calls. It doesn't play music wirelessly. Like I said, I have an iPad.

Correct.

According to Keeks (whom has been correct so far) the new system is A2DP compatible.

I keep thinking of taking whatever this is, out, and putting an NFC tag (to tell the phone its in the car and to connect / start music streaming) there, along with a wireless charging pad. Keep the phone charged and streaming without doing anything besides pulling it out of your pocket.

You can't take that out!!! That makes everything else possible!!! The entire car was designed around that, man!!! Or it is the drink holders with the lid closed.

Lets just hope this is a well designed unit. It would be horrible if the screen moving mechanism failed while it was going up or down.
