I have been wondering what those were for. I just kept thinking they were another accent they just threw on like the aftermarket headlights for mustangs. I am so glad they are the blinker. I would like to see them in use.
Does this mean they are off until used or will there always be a yellow/orange light along the side when the headlights are on?
Saw a video with the mentioned leds flashing orange (turn signal), hockey stick shaped white leds are the drls, fogs are located above hi/lo projector beam housing. Fog lens looks like a square with the top of the square lower on the inner side. Hi/lo uses the same hid bulb, high moves the bulb in the projecto beam housing to shine the light higher.

I'd love to see that video, can you provide a link?
The lighting system looks great, especially the DRL's. C5 and C6 DRLS were overpowering, I always disabled them. I'll leave the C7 DRL's alone, they're cool.
It's great that they kept the body clean by putting the foglights up high, except that foglights are supposed to be as low as possible to get under the fog and minimize glare.

I always disabled the dorky DRLs, too. I'll see on the C7.
Foglights are useless in most states. The headlights are required to be on in low visibility or dark conditions. They never put out much light anyway. The HID headlights on most new cars perform the same function with their sharp cutoff.
Where is the pic? There are tons of movies and pictures out there of the C7. Why no pictures of the vertical LED's? I thought I would pose the question again since we still have none.

Got this pic off GM's 2014 Corvette site. It's in the Gallery along with lots of other good pics.
HEADLAMPS
Frosted indirect high-intensity discharge headlamps are the eyes to the technological soul of the Stingray, emanating crisp color, brightness and efficiency. The new elements bear a sharper, more sinister shape, framed by edge-lit amber LED turn signals and black chrome housing. Bi-Xenon HID technology achieves high and low beams with a single bulb.
