Default C7 Font

Noticed today that the Font on the back of te C7 is identical
to the C6 Font

Wonder if they will update that when the car hits production

Peace
Chip

Hmmm - so, I guess it's more than just two things that were carried over from the C6.

That reminds me - did they wind up keeping the C6 image in the Dash/DIC? Anybody got a close up pic of that from the release cars?

Has anyone found the C7 font? Is there a downloadable file of it?

Actually the Corvette Script is different between each of the generations.

The C7:

The C6:

You can see between with the C7 the transition from the C through the R is more open and there is an angle with the V that wasn't present on the C6. Additionally, the middle line on the E's in VETTE are connected to the base where they were disconnected on the C6. The base of the V has a larger flat on the bottom and there is a sharp angle at the tip of the E.

@VetJazz, the Corvette Script isn't a font. It is actually lettering designed to work together as a word but there is no font that can be downloaded as the only letters that exist in this shape are together in the word Corvette (meaning only C, O, R, V, E and T are created in this shape and only together in the logo. In previous generations, there were fonts that came close to simulating the C5 font for example but nothing for C6 or C7. It is actually designed more like a logo than lettering in a font.
