No bashing intended but I have personally owned only coupes for over 30 years. The only vert I ever owned was my very first car, 1967 MGB. That being said, this car is beautiful.

I have a C6 vert now and was considering the C7 coupe. After seeing pics of the C7 vert it's going to be a tough decision, I will wait to see them in person.
Great comparison (thanks) which illustrates 3 things:
To me, the Jag actually looks a bit "bulbous" from the side -- I think the C7's side detailing adds a lot of character and looks much better.
While I have been sounding like a broken record calling for body-color painted A-pillars on the Coupe, this comparison convinces me the black windshield trim looks much better on the Vert -- another plus for the C7
The Vette's rear quarter, which is bulky, chopped-off, and very much race-car inspired, is not as attractive as the Jag's. But, it has integrity.
